Act 1- The Client: This client is a commercial Interior Design firm that offers design and space planning services. The target audience for their website is potential clients, current clients, and property brokers.
Act 2 - The Challenge: This firm wanted to overhaul their marketing through online and print media. While they had reliable clientele through word of mouth referrals, they wanted to build an online presence to reach new clients and showcase their work.
Act 3 - The Solution: First, we created a tone guide to establish their brand voice. This guide was instrumental in rewriting their website to communicate their values. Every page was reviewed. Existing copy was revised to align with their tone guide and new copy was developed through following their tone guide.
Careful consideration was given to the hierarchy of information provided, as well as keeping their tone conversational and approachable while removing unnecessary verbiage. A major revision throughout the site was showing clients the benefits of their services versus telling clients how they would feel if they hired the firm. The client was thrilled with the authentic, intentional copy throughout their website.
