Marketing Brochure

Act 1- The Client: This client is a commercial Interior Design firm that offers design and space planning services. The target audience is potential clients, current clients, property brokers and colleagues in the A/E/C industry.

Act 2 - The Challenge: The client wanted a marketing brochure they could hand out to potential clients at meetings, job walks or events. This brochure needed to be informative, engaging and visually appealing. While they had beautiful photos to share, they wanted to take the opportunity to educate potential clients on their firm and what goes into a successful project. Clients and colleagues would be given this brochure and encouraged to take extras to share. We had no way of knowing who would receive the brochure and where they were at in their design journey.

Act 3 - The Solution: Utilizing the tone guide I created for this firm, I was able to maintain consistency between this brochure, their website and future marketing materials. I was able to include the company’s design process and selected copy from the website. In order to be thoughtful, I incorporated their values, mission, expertise and how they stand out from other firms. This gave a thorough glimpse of the firm without overwhelming potential clients.

I collaborated with a graphic designer on this project. This is a sample of the first few pages. The remainder of the brochure contains proprietary information. The clients were thrilled with the outcome. Potential clients enjoyed having this information, project photos and information (not pictured). The brochure was successful in demonstrating the company’s expertise, values and process.
